Golfing

We went to DQ this weekend to visit my family.  Patrick, my dad, and Parker played golf on Saturday.  It was Parker's first time to play on a golf course.  I think it was Patrick's most proud moment so far.  Parker is a lefty, so we got him so we got him some lefty clubs for his birthday last year.  They are still a bit heavy for him, but he does really well!  His favorite thing was to hit the golfballs in the water.

i can only imagine how proud Pat was. looks like great form for a kid his age - a left handed Tiger Woods perhaps? Parker Kelley sounds like a good golfer name. hopefully he'll get out of the "hit balls in the water" phase. that can be quite detrimental to one's score card (i know from experience). :-)

Are you kidding me? His form already looks way better than mine!

Parker looks like a natural. Cindy is left-handed and Chuck started her out with right-handed clubs. He said it gave her more power and distance. I'm sure Patrick has thought about doing that though. I hear Pop wants to play with us when we go to DQ next. Love your pics. Grammy Kay

Parker's backswing looks like pretty good form to me! This picture reminded me of when Pat was that age and his little set of golf clubs.
BTW- I got to meet your friends the Morris' at my nephew Ryan's wedding this weekend. We shared a table at the rehearsal dinner and had great conversation. What nice people they are!
